In 2007 Harvey Weinstein married fashion designer Georgina Chapman. The couple have a daughter, India Weinstein, and a son, Dashiell Weinstein. In 2017 several news outlets published articles chronicling numerous allegations of harassment and sexual assault against Weinstein. Later that year Chapman announced that she was divorcing Weinstein; it was finalized in 2021. Chapman began dating Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody in 2020.
