On March 28, 2025, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Southeast Asia. The quake’s epicenter was located near Mandalay, the second largest city in Myanmar (Burma). More than 2,000 people were killed and over 3,900 others were injured. These numbers are expected to grow. A Bangkok skyscraper collapsed while under construction, and water poured down from rooftop pools.
