Australian actress Margot Robbie was nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of American figure skater Tonya Harding in the biopic "I, Tonya" (2017). Robbie had previously gained international notice for her performance in Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street" (2013), in which she acted opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.
